I met Mario when I was a University Professor. He has the ability to make you understand his vision and management style and gave me the opportunity not only to become a business owner but also the CEO of Tradiebot, one of the companies he founded. His honesty and generosity in financially supporting people and ventures are the reason he is one of the most valued people in my life. He has provided me with the opportunity I never dreamt I would achieve.

What Mario has done for me, and my family is very rare in a boss. He not only gave me the self-confidence to become a national manager after joining his company as a trainee but also encouraged me to further upskill myself. He helped relocate my family from Australia to NZ to take on the National Manager role and employ my wife. We owe so much to Mario who always keeps his word and is open to doing whatever to make his staff know they are number one in his company.

Mario gave me a chance after I had spent my early years’ job-hopping, sleeping on friends lounges, and on the wrong side of the law doing stupid things. Not having a model in my life and no real direction, Mario gave me the inspiration and self-confidence that I can be a better person and I do have the ability to become something more. Now 7 years later, still with Plastfix, I am a senior plastic technician, earning a great salary and living a wonderful life with my long-term partner and son.

Mario is a rare individual who cares for his staff like no other. He understands the value of his employees and promotes within his business culture of employee development and satisfaction. I started as a trainee and with Mario’s mentorship, management style, and ability to give you confidence. I am now a manager earning a six-figure salary, something I would have never achieved without Mario’s guidance.
